Initial Design Consultation

Cancellation Policy

Booking & Scheduling To secure your Initial Design Consultation appointment a signed agreement and full booking fee is required. Upon any project start date, a signed agreement and 50% deposit are required. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Booking is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received. Consultations and design sessions must be scheduled in advance. Clients will receive confirmation details via email. Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your time on our calendar. This deposit will be applied toward your project total. Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your agreement. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide notice as early as possible.     •    48+ hours’ notice: No fee; initial booking fee and or deposit transfers to new date     •    Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of Initial booking fee and or partial deposit forfeited     •    Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Initial Booking Fee and or Full deposit forfeited Repeated cancellations may require a new deposit to rebook. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. Full session fees still apply. Waitlist Policy If your preferred date or time is unavailable, you may request to be added to our waitlist. Should an opening arise, clients will be contacted in the order requests were received. Availability is offered on a first-response basis. Project Timeline Adjustments Delays in approvals, selections, payments, or communication may affect project timelines and may result in rescheduling or additional fees. Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at our discretion. Thank you for respecting our time and scheduling policies.
